"I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"

"Tom and his team were fantastic. Much to my surprise, they were able to start our job(s) almost immediately. A dedicated team showed up everyday until the work was done, which is not what you expect when hiring a contractor. We had a basement and powder room remodeled, and from the beginning, Tom listened and provided advice. In order to stay within our budget, he suggested repainting walls instead of demolishing them, refinishing a floor instead of replacing it, etc. And we couldn't be happier with the results. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is that there were times when communication was slow. But again, they showed up everday and worked incredibly fast and efficiently without sacrificing the quality of the work.
