They were careful to sand, prep and replace any rotten boards; their prep work was a lot like "restoration" in many ways. They took their time to do quality work and were happy to add on a number of small interior projects in addition to the above mentioned exterior work. Our neighbors were all very complimentary about the work, too! The only reason I can't give a full five stars is that some of the interior work seemed more rushed and not completed with the same degree of care and thoroughness as the primary job. However, overall, for the main job of exterior work, we were thoroughly pleased and would highly recommend them."
