"Excellent Job. If you, like us, have been trying to get a new patio done but have no time or travel too much, then Dave and his crew are the right folks for you. From the first meeting, Dave took on the full project management role and exceeded expectations in the ahead of time project completion and quality of work. After contracting them to do the job, we were away for several weeks and thru text and photo status of projects and calls on any questions regarding tbe project - he got it done and done ahead of schedule. Key is to clearly spell out and visualize mark 1. Total patio space and put markers in corners of entire location 2. Agree on pavers from the start 3. Agree on time the project must be completed by 4. Get total cost upfront and payment schedule. If you will be away, make clear arrangements for 3 phase payment. 5. "My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain.
