Steve helped us with obtaining necessary approvals (HOA) and building permits(City) before the start of our remodel. During the remodel, Steve was always ready to answer any questions and many times suggested me ways to save money without sacrificing quality. Steve was very patient in accommodating and incorporating many of my last minute changes. He and his crew have thorough knowledge of all building systems as well as experience working on them. All the work was performed on time (barring some rain delays during winter) with emphasis on quality and perfection.
