"This company is freaking fantastic and if I could provide a better rating I would. I literally cold Rockland the morning of 11/1 and spoke to Jim who had informed me that Matt would be calling me. Within an hour Matt had returned my call to discuss the fence repair. Matt came out on Saturday to review the job and provided a quote the next day. Upon accepting the quote they came out and tore it down and dug the post holes on Monday and the fence was completed by Tuesday 11/5. The dialogue was always professional and constant. I was informed every step of the way and punctuality was not an issue. The fact that they were able to come the next day and have this repair completed within a few days speaks volumes. I had called three other companies and Rockland was able to put up a finished fence before I could even get the others to view the job and provide a quote. I cold called others as well to see who would respond first and it wasn’t even a contest. Top notch service Rockland. Thank You Jim and Matt. "From the moment I met Jose he was professional, following up on the appointment date and time. When I arrived we discussed the details as he took notes on exactly what I wanted. With 15 minutes I had a detailed quote and Jose clearly explained the contracting and payment options. I passed the quote on to my kids who currently do not live in state. Jose answered all their questions and sent photos of the materials they use. Upon contracting, Jose kept in touch with installation details and timing. "The work performed was incredible. AJ and his team are real pros. The cost for all of the work they performed was more than reasonable. AJ came out for an estimate and explained the work he was going to do and gave me options on what different things he could do to help me out. He kept my wife and I in the loop every step of the way during the project. In addition, the crew didn't rush the job. They made sure the job was done right. Before the work was performed our basement would flood very easily when it rained. After the work was performed it rained and the basement was bone dry. This was a huge relief. Not having to mop up water every fifteen minutes was wonderful. Our sump pump doesn't run half as much as it used to. We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would!
