"I called invisible fence and a representative came out and gave me an estimate. I was NOT intrigued by the representative. He was pushing me into purchasing a invisible fence, I didn't like that at all. I did more research and i found K9 keepers by Dogwatch. Derick came out and was so professional and explained the Dogwatch invisible fence to a T and answered all my questions including warranty installation and when it could be installed which intrigued me to go ahead and have him and his crew install a fence to keep my 4 legged children safe and sound. They know there boundaries and i know theirs no need to worry about them when they're outside alone. I recommend K9 keepers to keep you love ones safe and sound! "After receiving three bids, we decided to work with Brad and Lauri of Carpentry Plus and we are so glad we did. The remodel was comprised of about 2/3 of our downstairs space including the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, 1/2 bath and the adjoining hallway, plus the flooring in our foyer and sunporch. We were extremely happy with the quality of their work, the consistent professionalism and thoughtful care and advice as we worked through a complex project. The work included removal of walls, reworking air runs, lots of wood working including matching colors, installing new cabinets and countertops, new flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing and new windows. Carpentry Plus provided many great ideas, was flexible, which was necessary as the project took place during the COVID-19 shut-down and treated our project as if it was their own home. We have already signed up for some additional projects with them and expect that Carpentry Plus to be our go-to contractor in the future."

"Quote was provided via telephone based on my measurements; I had them come out and measure and look at location of gates.  Written estimate was provided via email in a timely manner.  They ordered supplies as soon as I sent in deposit.   They were able to hold off on the job while I had some other work completed in the area where the fencing was to be installed.  They kept in touch via email on the status of completion of that job so that they could schedule my job. <br /> Once scheduled, they arrived on the date and time that they stated.  Work was done in a professional and efficient manner.  I had a fenced yard within a week.  They put a gate on backwards but they came out and fixed right away along with a post that we bent when we accidentally hit it with tractor mower. <br /> All in all, very pleased with my experience with Spartan Fence! <br />"

"Quality of product installed and workmanship I am pleased with. However, post install is why I have deemed necessary to leave this review. The crew left food waste in our yard and gutters. Lawn was not adequately swept for nails and staples. Upon reinstalling my TV antenna, observed pieces of shingle, siding, aluminum flashing, nails and staples in one gutter. This prompted me to inspect all gutters, where I found more of the same. Had two exhaust vents installed for bathroom fans. The crew did not leave necessary couplers to connect provided duct to vents in attic. The project manager provided necessary couplings by personally delivering to my house which I am appreciative of. Discovered packaging material from shingles, along with shingle remnants in my attic. The sales presentation and documentation was why I chose Palmer Construction over lowest bidder, about $5000. The owner and sales person have yet to reply to my emails and/or phone messages. The project manager is the only staff who contacted me and followed up. Not how I would run my business or manage my staff. They also jeopardized an opportunity to earn an additional project. I got a new roof which hopefully will last until I move and they got my money."

"I would highly recommend Homeland Renovations and will have them back to our house for any future repairs.  They showed up as promised, kept us up to date on what needed to be done, found creative solutions to problems, and did an excellent job.with all repairs and painting.  Special attention to detail with all aspects of the work performed.  Made sure they cleaned up each day, and checked back to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction.  The paint job ended up being more work than was originally anticipated due to the age and condition of the cedar siding.  We did need to purchase more than the estimated amount of paint, but there were no added charges for labor and the house looks like new!   Very easy people to work with, and gave us a fair price. <br /> Again, highly recommend Homeland Renovations & Repairs.  They are very knowledgeable and great to work with."
