"Everything went extremely well. I had a few different companies come give me an estimate and explain how the process would go and what would be entailed. From the first visit there was no doubt that Michael would be our guy. Very friendly and personable while at the same time being a true professional. He certainly knows his industry. He was very thorough with explaining how the process would go. Also he was the only company that provided actual 1/4" thick wood for the strips around the doors. I now really understand the importance of this. Michael was very transparent with pricing and helped answer all of our questions. He was great at responding in a timely manner if I had a question throughout the process. The time table expectations he initially set were right on par and the price was exactly what he quoted me.
