Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.
External Paint sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean - superb workmanship very happy with work
External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .
External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day
External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 8 days
External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days
If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow

Was able to adapt to unexpected situation when the floor needed to be bolstered unexpectedly without significantly adding to the project timeline. Made valuable suggestions addressing the cost of different options and the available budget, so the final product was within my cost range, but if higher quality than I thought we could afford. Would absolutely hire again."

"We had a piece of small molding that came off our porch from high winds that needed replacing. We also needed our two car garage door frame replaced from multiple dents from hockey pucks. Demyan came within a day to give us a quote and then had it repaired a couple of days later. On the day of repair, they were running a little late because they were on another job before us. We were scheduled for noon. I can't believe they actually called us to let us know they were going to be late and would be there in about half an hour. That was so courteous. They did the job quit quick (yes, it was only a small job, but quick nonetheless), and cleaned up nicely. They were all very polite. We will look forward to having them again for some other small repairs that we have in the back."

"Outstanding work! I would gladly use Action Home again for any home renovation projects. Their work is meticulous and everything they do is done with honesty and full transparency. They clearly take great pride in the quality of their work and it certainly shows. We used Action Home Improvements to do a complete renovation of our kitchen and bathroom. They suggested design ideas to us and collaborated with us on choosing the right materials for the job. We found their taste and eye for aesthetics to be very good so we left a lot of the decision making to them. The end result was fantastic. Thanks guys! You're awesome."
