"Service provider came to my home and I was seeking to get my dryer vent cleaned. Upon inspection, he identified that the run was too long and it was incorrectly done. He provided resources to get it fixed and did not charge me for his 1 hour visit despite my insistence to do so. Harold did an awesome job and is an awesome dude. Once i get my stuff fixed, I will have him come clean my vents."

"The 2 men who did the work did a very good job.  My duct work had never been cleaned, so they had to cut a piece out of the return filter unit to clean it.  Some of my vent covers  had been painted on, so removing the nails was time consuming.  They did a very good job and made recommendations about the duct work that I plan to follow (venting the dryer to the outside rather than into the garage, getting a dehumidifier for the bedroom in the basement).  They were professional and helpful.  Hiller Plumbing recommended that I get the vents cleaned and their estimated price was $900 and that did not include the sanitation, so I think that I got a very good deal!
