"Olvin is by far the best contractor we've ever worked with. Smart, diligent, communicates well, works fast, cleans up afterwards, reasonably priced, and so much more. He did a full reno of the kitchen of my dad's Bayside coop, and partial reno of two bathrooms. He also did repair work in my Jamaica Estates home, identifying a roof leak and repairing the leak and ceiling. Call Olvin, and tell him Gary sent you. You will not be disappointed. My only fear is that next time I need him, he'll be too busy helping you. LOL."

"The work that was done, was disappointing. The technician was sloppy and did not do a professional job. The kitchen floor should have been vacuumed before applying the sealer. He applied it sparingly and did not cover all of the grouted areas. Same with the bathroom tiles. He left residue on the floor and it was hard to get off. I believe it was a rush job, and a second coat of sealant should have been applied. I would not recommend this company. I don't mind paying for a quality job, this was not a professional job."

"I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. "We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists.
