"We hired Bel Islands Home Improvement to strip off the existing roof and replace/recoat it. The roof had two distinct sections: a large section of conventional asphalt shingles and a smaller section of rolled asphalt roofing. The scope of the large section included stripping the old shingles and replacing with subroofing and new asphalt shingles. Andrie Yamalovitch brought in a crew and completed those tasks in one day. The rolled roof was deemed to be in decent condition and could accept a rubberized coating. Andrei returned a few months later to complete that task. Note that since it was a liquid product it was necessary to wait until the warmer months. Overall, Bel Islands Home Improvement proceeded with the project in a professional and courteous manner and was a pleasure to deal with, and all at a fair price. I would recommend Bel Islands Home Improvement for any roofing project."

"It could not have gone better. The crew came on time and worked late each day. A few days were extremely hot, but they worked through it. When the job was finished, two neighbors told me that they watched the progress, and each neighbor commented that the crew was very hard working. One said, "I've never seen such a hard-working crew. Each person knew his specific job and they worked together seamlessly." Also, several neighbors have stopped me to say that they love the look of the new roof and new gutters."

"Just had an old octagon window replaced and shingles replaced with pvc under 2 windows that were rotting from being behind a flower box. Josh and Tony were quick, neat, and excellent craftsmen. Nate specking the project and Dana project managing very professional. Thank you Carefree Homes."

"I hired Capital Construction to replace the aging roof shingles on my house. Their quote was completive with other local contractors and far less than national contractors. Their employees worked hard to make sure I was always informed on the status of the project. They took care to protect the house during the removal of the existing roof shingles. During installation of the new shingles the on-site crew responded quickly to my questions and concerns and resolved matters to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again."

"Everything, from the quote, helping me decide which color asphalt shingles to use, the job itself ... my whole house in one day! Such nice people, too. Even paying was easy - they broke it into 3 payments, which made it easier to handle, and it was so easy to pay with a credit card online, using their method. I didn't even have to download a special app. My roof looks terrific!"

"We recently contracted Kreative Barns to replace a roof (our immediate concern) for our newly purchased home in Eastham. Konstantin met with us to introduce his services. We found Konstantin to be very thorough and professional. He was able to for see future work and the immediate concerns for our best investment. This opened our eyes to long term value and safety for our home. We were well advised to also replace the skylight, trim and the gutters for our roof project to prevent future damage. KB teams were polite, efficient and hard working. They were upbeat and kept a clean workspace. Konstantin was always available to address any concerns and quick to respond. We found KB prices to be competitive with high quality results. Since we were out of town during periods of this project, we trusted Konstanin to oversee everything. In fact our neighbors commented (unsolicited) on the professionalism and workmanship of the crew. Konstantin stands behind his team and their work and we would used them again. Work was started and completed as scheduled."

"Very professional, honest, hard working team. I had several quotes to replace the cedar siding, and repair dry rot around the sill plate. Boris is a General Contractor and the only one that would take on not only the siding but repaired the extensive dry rot around the front door and 2 windows. His team is 2nd to none. I plan to use them for a future Bath and Kitchen remodel. There were no hidden costs, everything was fair and reasonably priced."

"Did an amazing job replacing my beat up patio pavers with new cobble stone, looks like a completely different outside. I wish I could post pics here of before and after, be hard to tell it was the same patio. If I ever move and need work like this done again they'll be the ones I call again."
