"Gutters were cleaned well and job was reasonably priced. They thoroughly cleaned the dislodged debris and leaves from the lawn, porch and driveway. After the work was completed, he noted that there were several issues with the gutters and recommended either repairing them or installing a LeafEx system and provided quotes for both. Unfortunately, days later I noticed burn marks in the lawn from what appears to be the hoses that they were using. I'd be cautious in using them again which is disappointing seeing how fast, efficient and professional they were."

"Carlos was very accommodating to my ever changing schedule. He was able to reset the appointment two different time and was able to still get the work done before my deadline. He called the morning of the day he was to come out. He also called the hour before to let me know an exact time he was to show up. He showed up on time. He walked my property asked what I wanted done. He was able to work with me on the price. He then explained what he would be doing and then he got right to work. The whole job took about 4 hours as my house had been sitting for two years before I bought it. He worked very h****** the drive way where standing water sits and he cleaned all of the dirt off. My back deck was covered in mildew and it looks brand new now. I could not be more satisfied with the work that was done. We had one spot that the chemical pulled dirt from the back side of my siding show up later in the day. I gave Carlos a call. He was very understanding and retuned the next day to clean the spot again. I don't think our house has  ever looked as good as it does now. Carlos is a very positive guy and very good at what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone and next year if my house needs it again, but I don't think it will, I will call him back. <br />"
