"The work is alright, but I don’t know about the quality product.Ever since we’ve had it, the water quality doesn’t seem right. The water stings our eyes, it smells, and laundry won’t lather up. It doesn’t seem to work like it supposed to. We have been using their services for 5-7 years. They installed the system initially. They have been really good about servicing our home, but I don’t know. The company is very responsive and does what we ask. They are a little expensive. My only complaint is that they do not notify you when it is time to do the annual checkup so it expires and then we have to pay extra. This has happened almost every year. This year, I asked them to notify us beforehand and they did this year."

"Ed had great ideas and provided a clean design. However, the work took much longer for implementation and he was difficult to get hold of and was not responsive to emails. Soon after completion, weeds began to take over the zoysia and large area of Jasmine which required countless hours of manual removal. Which was contrary to the intent of the design (low maintenance). It appears as if I paid for more jasmine plants than I received as there were many gaps were weeds quickly found a home. Originally I had asked Ed to use a landscape canvas which would help minimize weed growth, but he convinced me not to use it. I should have insisted! I would recommend Ed's designs but not the work.
