"Great. They were able to come the next day and did a fabulous job. The basement smelled very musty and now it smells fresh and clean and the carpet looks like new. We added the sanitizing option for an additional $35. The price was a little high but I guess it was worth it for such quick service. They do have coupons on their website that you can use."

"I called Archer to clean my upholstery, one of which was stained with recent cat urine. Rob, the owner, showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was professional and quickly but thoroughly completely the job. My sofa shows no signs of stains and the smell has vanished significantly. All 4 pieces are very clean and look like new! When he was finished, he advised me as to the upkeep of furniture and even gave me recommendations on replacing the sofa cushions when needed! Rob was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I highly recommend."

"This is the first time I have hired carpet cleaners so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. They are probably the best value for the money you will find. Our carpets look like new. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. [Side note: this has nothing to do with the cleaners, who were great, but if you are looking to have your carpets cleaned be aware that you will either need a 240V plug (electrical stove or dryer) or you will need to connect to multiple power outlets. Our house is old and we had an issue with the power]"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

She called the day before to confirm the time for Jason to arrive. He arrived promptly on time and spent 2 hours doing a fantastic job on the carpet and the 4 pieces of over stuffed furniture. "Warren responded immediately to a stain emergency from a bottle of Wood Polish (oily and dark stain) on a beige car carpet. He would have come on a Sunday, but we scheduled for Monday. He did a great job and removed the stain. He was professional, polite and did a great job.
