"Matt came to the house and looked over the floors to be finished in the main house and gave us a price.  He also looked at the floor in our newly installed sun room and said he could install floor molding for us for an additional $200.  He told us what size molding to purchase.   <br /> The workers came and did an excellent job sanding and finishing the main floors.  However, the size molding that Matt told us to get was incorrect.  We needed a bigger size.  Matt, or one of his workers, purchased the correct size and it was installed.  Matt then called to advise us of the additional charge for the larger molding.  I didn't feel it was our responsibility to pay for Matt's error in measuring.  The molding we purchased at a local home supply center was $32.  Matt sent a bill for $100 for the molding he purchased. <br />"
