The front concrete steps had sunken so low that it was dangerous to use them. We negotiated the color desired and the price for the walk and the steps. Wow, he and his 2-man crew came the next Saturday, worked all day to perfect the design, and they were done by early Sunday afternoon. Elo was friendly, professional, and his team did excellent work. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia.
