"We had Julio s team re-pave a walkway and a patio as previous contractor did a bad job. Julio made a nice recommendation to pave over existing concrete as it was flat and pitched correctly. It saved us money and saved them time. King Pavers pricing was extremely competitive. We had 4 quotes. They were also very efficient. Julio said 2 days and they were done in 2.5 days only because it rained and they had to stop. Julio team was very professional. They had a supervisor on site (Edison) who was great to deal with. My wife made a request to find covers for the window wells which were not part of the original scope we discussed. "Sal and his crew did a lot of work for us last year - paver walkways, patio, and raised deck. He was great, quick, reasonable and we were thrilled with the work. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the yard since then. We had a pool added on to the paver deck since then and when we reopened the pool this year we noticed that the pavers had sunken in a bit in the middle. I waited all summer to call Sal about it because I was afraid of the hassle I was sure it would be to get it fixed. I emailed Sal this week and he called me within 24 hours. He came that day to look at it and within another 24 hours, he and his crew had repaved the whole deck. No questions and no charge. He also replaced two stones that we had damaged, as a courtesy. They were as respectful with their staff as they were with me a s a client.  They recommended and prepared land for seasonal and weather conditions so work was most efficient in spring.  They were genuinely concerned about my property as if it was their own and made only reasonable and sound recommendations.  Nothing to just "bring them more business".  Great communication and pacifying any apprehensions in a respectful way.
