"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "Marcello's company did and excellent job. We are now enjoying a full den with beautiful floors, a big office and a full bath. The laundry room is great with new sink and washer and dryer. They added wrought iron railings for the front steps, repaired the brickwork and added blue stone for steps and porch. The painters did an excellent job inside and out. All of the workers were polite and professional. They went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend them."

"We have been renovating our backyard this year in anticipation of a party for my mother-in-law's 85th birthday for the first week of August.  We had a new wood deck installed and wanted to have some hardscaped patio areas just off deck.  We considered both paver and concrete.  We decided to go with stamped concrete and called Tony Cocela with Classic Concrete.  I will first note that I called Tony and left a message and he was very diligent in calling me back - We met and he was very professional and detailed about the services he could provide - He showed us photos of previous work and offered referrals to check if we desired.  On the first day there he gave me a rough estimate of costs which was very competitive with other bids from contractors for only a plain brushed finish and not stamped as Tony would do.  When he came back to finalize the bid, he again was prompt and very organized and made sure we understood exactly the services and work he would provide.  His professional demeanor and diligence carried over to the job.  I must say that he and his crew worked all day during some of the hottest days this summer.  Despite our concerns about our deadline, he came through as promised and finished the job in about a week.  A real bonus was that he kept the job site spic and span, not leaving any stray debris - although we are past the kids and pets stage, I could see where that would matter to many customers.  I know I may sound like a "cheerleader" here, but having had many disappointments over the years with contractors, it is very refreshing to find a fellow that does what he promises and on time, too!"

"08/25/2017 These guys did a great job. This was kind of a tricky job because they had to duplicate the side that had not been damaged and it made it more difficulty because at the bottom of the steps instead of the siding ending square - the bottom ended curved (which called for a lot of measurements and brick cutting - the steps are red brick). My main concern was that each side of the steps would have different colored bricks, since the undamaged had old worn bricks. But they did a great job and power washed the old bricks and regrouted them and you can't tell the difference between the old side and the new side. They washed down and cleaned the front each day and at the end of the job, they did a thorough cleaning of the area. They did a great job, easy guys to work with and I am completely satisfied."

"Overall, service was good. We needed gutter cleaning on our 2 story, 2500 sq ft home. A friend currently uses Atlanta's Best and recommended them to us. I got a quote online for $125, less a $20 discount for new customers. The crew had to reschedule our first appointment the day of due to getting delayed on a previous job, but their communication was good and kept us in the loop the whole time. The office rescheduled us and got a crew out within a week of the initial appointment. I wasn't home when the guys arrived, but I came home to not only clean gutters but a clean driveway, walkway, porch, etc.. They didn't just pull the crap out of the gutter and throw it all over the place which was nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking."

"It was a flat roof on two very old cottages, so this job required more expertise. I even waited through a couple storms, but their work held up. They were very punctual. They followed up with emails. When I had a leak; I wasn't sure what it was from, but it was from storm damage. They came out promptly and fixed the damage. They cleaned up all their mess. I can't say enough good things about them. They were very communicative, especially concerning the high-quality mason who fixed the chimneys."
