"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

We had Kitchen and Dining room remodeled with all new cabinets and counter tops. The basic foot print didn't change much, but there was some electrical and plumbing for new fixtures. The quality was great, on budget and there were no delays due to AIP. Materials were either purchased directly or through a Kitchen Designer and we did have some delays due to material deliveries. So cost reflects mostly labor."
