Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. "He came out and cleaned the gutters out. He was suppose to check out the roof. It was in the 90s and he said it was too hot and there was a risk of the shingles breaking off if he went up there, which I know to be true. But he never came back to check it. As for cleaning the gutters, he did a good job. As for as checking the roof, he didn't do anything."
