"Dave was great from the very beginning. He called us back right away every time that we called him. He came over several times to give us a quote and explain how the fencing worked. I was impressed that he worked on any day of the week that he had to to get the job done and work around his customers' (our) schedules. The price was very fair (we had gotten other quotes) and we were happy with the end results. We trained our dog, and called Dave several times to get pointers. "frustrated with communication.....hired yutka 5 years ago, perfect job and communication. This time horrible communication, never kept me updated and if they did it was wrong and I am stuck waiting and to keep calling back...I even was changing my own appts for this and they would not show. They would say you don't have to be there , well glad I was or I would not have the right amount of privacy on the fence that I wanted...also a couple cracked boards....not worth calling them back as they will say they are coming and they don't... office communication is absolutely the worse this time around....and then a month later I get a bill saying they never got my payment!....seriously???? again never got the first bill they said they sent! I received a very prompt response to my initial request for an estimate and in comparison to other quotes we obtained, A O Handy was most in line with the extent of restoration we felt necessary as well as within our budget. <br /> The work began within a few days of our having signed the contract and continued daily until completion. I was especially impressed with the crew's punctuality and how respectful they were of the jobsite.
