"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

The quality of work (on our 1774 home!) is excellent, the subcontractors arrive on time, are polite, professional and extremely neat, cleaning up at the end of every day. My husband is very particular, understanding a lot about our old home and what it needs, and he is always satisfied with the details, methods and materials that Joe and Jim use. They are a wonder to work with! We had roofing, carpentry and plastering subs, and all were topnotch. You may wait for them a bit longer than some others, but I will tell you that it is WELL worth the wait. We know that our house is solid and secure from the elements and the work done last year proved to be airtight through the winter.
