John's responded quickly, popped by to survey the job (without me even knowing!) and was able to schedule it within the week. Two men came by and worked for three or four hours on the bed. It was too tough for a tiller, so in the end they used an industrial aerator to loosen the dirt/roots, then raked it out. They did a great job, were very careful of the surrounding garden decorations, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The job came in right on estimate, despite it being harder than they thought."

"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. We contacted Tree Tech to get a quote to remove some trees along a fence line.  We wanted to keep as many trees as possible and because of the expertise of their technicians, we were able to do that.  Several monster trees were removed without disturbing their neighbors. The logs were removed and the stumps ground within days. Everyone was polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

"Scott did a fabulous job and we are very happy with our walkway.  From the beginning he was very professional.  He responded to our request on Angie's list very promptly, came out within a couple of days to give us an estimate, and told us he would call us at the end of July, which he did.  He stuck with his original estimate, no surprises.  He also corrected problems with the original design by installing tread stones on the edges of the stairs.  It not only looks so much better, but is much more functional and will last longer.  I used to love that all of my flowers covered up my ugly walkway.  Now I don't want my plants hiding the walkway because it looks so good.  It is also secure, and draining properly, whereas the old stones had sunk and collected water.  We would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for masonry work.  Oh, and I should mention that we got an estimate last summer from someone who never came back to do the work.  He was going to charge us almost as much as Scott, but never picked up on the fact that we were missing tread stones, and his estimate did not include the cost of tread stones.  He was not a true mason like Scott.
