"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"I had hired Richard Peckham and his crew of Integrity Home Solutions to perform a kitchen/bath remodel of my condo in Provincetown in 2016. I was so pleased with his work and his ability to get the job done on short notice I called on him again to help prepare my Centerville home prior to putting it on the market for sale. Again, Richard and his crew came to the rescue. I needed the job done in a relatively short period of time. The major work was replacing the 30 year old roof. After selecting the roofing product that we were going to use, Richard got to work ordering materials and obtaining permits. Within 2 weeks the project started and completed on schedule . I was very pleased with the outcome. Richard and his team also replaced some windows, replaced cedar shingles on siding of house, installed new under ground drains for gutters, and sealed basement walls/floors. Again, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the quality of workmanship, professionalism and excellent communication. As I was not on site, Richard kept me informed of progress of work on a daily basis.
