Once we got that cleared up, though, it was pretty smooth, and the work looks solid. He was also quite fast, getting all of our repairs done in one day. The only other downside is that he and his partner smoked a lot and made our whole backyard smell awful - but that was less of a detraction than it could have been, since our job was outside.
