He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. He also mounted a television for me, and did some drywall repairs as well. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and dependable work!"

"We had a varied list of projects, from small remodeling (removing a standard inside door and replacing it with a pocket door), painting, caulking, and otherwise finishing a bathroom, minor electric, customizing and installing an aluminum outside door ramp, crafting a small inside door ramp, etc. Kris was easy to work with, communication was fast and consistent, prices were good. He consistently came on time and worked through the day. Before he left he checked out several situations on my roof, fixed a small one at no cost because he was up there, and told me I wouldn't need anything further for several years. We all appreciate that kind of honesty. There were several unforeseen issues, as there almost always are in this kind of work, and he creatively and professionally adjusted so that the finished product looked and worked perfectly. "Windows were good and in stalled was fine ,then business was sold and new owner was not responsive to a problem that arose with one window. A part broke and the new owner came out and said he would order the part. He set up an appointment for two weeks ahead at 12:00. He never showed. I called the guy 3 different times and he did not return calls. I called the past owner who got the pats for me but, I had to hire a third party to do the repair . The third party is on vacation and will do the work when he returns. The windows cost $2700.00. I expected better service then this. This is an update to my august review. After the previous review I received call from the owners assistant , she wanted to help correct the previous problem I had concerning a repair. The owner wanted to come out and correct the problem He came out ,got the parts that he needed and repaired the window . Any problem we had in the past has been corrected."

"Someone came out on 8/2/2019 to provide an estimate. He spent a lot of time examining my roof. He described the problems he saw and gave me a very reasonable estimate ($200). After I got a much higher estimate from another company, I decided to go with Mike's. Someone came out on 8/16/2019 and spent about 1.5 hrs. doing the repairs. The final cost for the work was $220. This seems to have fixed the problem. There have been several heavy rains since, and I have not noticed any leakage."
