"Did an excellent job replacing boards, power washing, sanding and staining deck. Looks great!"

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

He completely resided and repair my entire hire made it look modern-day thank you."

"They found rotting planks and replaced them. Found I needed a chimney cricket and made one of those. Water was getting in and rotting wood on my chimney. Emanuel, Zac, Omar, Allen and AJ have become family in the short time we had together. Oh, and the roof is super!!"

"Mighty Dog Roofing have such a high bar! We appreciate the amazing transparency and integrity throughout the whole procedure of our full roof replacement from beginning to end. The end result is a stunning and sturdy metal roof. Big shout out to Tom for making me understand the pros and cons between asphalt shingles and metal roofs. The drone superscan was also very cool!"

"Our re-siding project was handled superbly by Elite Work. Ron provided a quote that was well-organized and open, and Junior did a fantastic job of bringing our project to a successful conclusion. Our older home, built in the early 1900s, had several decaying wood components that needed particular care and attention. Junior and his team provided a detailed plan for the repair or replacement of the components that were part of their bid (something other businesses were unable to do), and they did an excellent job carrying it out. Elite Work was able to organize painting and electrical work in addition to our siding project. We were pleased with the degree of coordination and oversight that Ron and his team were able to offer, and their painting and electrician subcontractors did excellent work."

"I hired them b/c they were the first to call me back. Good communicators. Not my cheapest quote. But very skillful work. They pointed out (and corrected) a lot of deficient work done previously by other (less expensive) handymen. They repaired damaged siding and backing. Used high-quality materials. The fit finish of their work was excellent. Jose is a master craftsman. Thorough cleanup. If you want reliable communication and hassle-free 1st class siding repair, I recommend giving All Quality a call. We certainly will use them again. Dan."

"Pablo is very professional and thorough. He and his workers pay great attention to detail and are very skilled at what they do. They just replaced a wood shingle roof for me and did it cleanly and promptly. I was particularly impressed with the care they took to clean up the area in our backyard where the old roof was discarded. No nails or sharp objects for my dog to get into! Pablo is a great guy, trustworthy and skilled. I recommend him highly."

"I would hire Gary again in a heartbeat. Such a professional - honest, kind, and fast. He wasn't the cheapest, but he was very upfront and worked within the limits of my budget. Even showed up to finish some small details later after missing supplies were delivered. I don't think most folks would have gone that extra mile. Really appreciated."

"I recommend Sky City for a deck build or replacement. The owner Vasyl was very easy to work with and made suggestions to improve the project. The crew arrived when expected and completed the job in about 2 weeks. The quality was excellent."
