"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. "Do you have a project that you have been putting off because there is a ton of hauling involved? After our large estate sale, there was still a bunch of stuff left. The books went to Half Price Books and the clothing went into donation bins. We spent about 24 man hours on the house, and there was still stuff, oodles and scads of stuff...and that huge sofa bed. Well, we called our friends at Cut Rate Hauling aka Cut Rate Junk Removal. They were having a slow day, so they came right out. IN TWO HOURS they had all of the trash loaded up, plus the items that did not sell in the estate sale. It was a huge trailer load and the bed of a pickup truck . They arranged the paints and household chemicals on a shelf in the garage. Those pros even swept the garage out and hung a door that had been removed for the estate sale! This team works quickly and well! It is amazing how much they can do in a short time. Small jobs to whole house clean-outs, they do it all! They also have very reasonable rates. "We had 4 wooden lounge chairs on our patio, that due to weather and years of neglect, had fallen into a state of disrepair. I sent some pictures to Ron and then he came by the house to review their condition and then gave me a proposal to do the work. He wound up disassembling one chair for parts and rebuilt the other three. He took it upon himself at no additional charge to power wash the three chairs (when repaired) and oil and refinish the chairs so they literally looked like new. He returned the lounge chairs when promised, gave me his professional opinion about some repairs to other teak furniture on our patio and is in the process of rebuilding one other bench. Also gave recommendation on how to prolong the life of other wooden furniture on the patio. Very professional and helpful. <br />"

"<p>We had some high winds/tornado that had shingles off of my roof laying all around in my front and back yard.  After a few days of rain I saw leaking in my garage and signs of leaking in the bedroom that's connected to the garage and in the same area where the leaking was in the garage.  I called Chris because he had done some work for me before and I was very please with him and the outcome of that job.  He came out the same day I called him and did a walk around the house.  He took pictures of the roof and showed me what damage I had and how much it was going to cost me.  Chris and his son Mike arrived a little before 9:00AM this morning, 12/7/15.  They were done by early afternoon about 2:00PM.  They did some extra things for me too.  I really appreciated that.  I had a hole in my roof that some critters had eaten in it and I wasn't even aware of that and my garage door was cracking in one of the corners.  He repaired all of that for me.  My roof looks brand new.  They also cleaned my gutter and downspouts and installed gutter guards.  I have some siding and paint work that needs to be done and Chris and Mike are definitely going to be the ones to handle that for me.  These guys are great.  They are reasonable and very dependable.  Excellent customer service.  I would recommend them to anyone anytime.  Thank you Chris and Mike.</p>"
