I posted my issue on Angie and got a quick call back from Juan Carlos. He came out and immediately saw the issue regarding how flashing (missing) at an intersecting roof line will degrade the underlying sheeting and leak over time. Juan Carlos 's crew were out the same week I received the estimate and completed a two story replacement of OSB sheeting, wrap and new new vinyl siding, all in 2 days. Workmanship was impressive. "
