"It took a while to get scheduled (weather was not working in anyone's favor) but once I was contacted, services were scheduled for the next day. All cracks were repaired, and the sealcoat came out great. Since services were rendered, a few of the cracks have re-appeared, but this did not surprise me. I likely waited way too long to have this done. I intend to have the driveway cracks repaired and a new sealcoat applied next year, should this special re-appear."

"I thought I would need a whole new garage floor (it's the original floor from the 1950's).  However, the contractor noted that cracks ran in two  parallel lines about two feet from the walls and thought it would be possible to just replace those areas.  He was cautious and asked a lot of questions to try to get to the source of the cracks. The garage is a "drive through" with garage doors at front and back.  The ground slopes from the rear and water gets into the garage, even with the back door down.  The contractor suggested putting a small speed bump at the back door to direct water away from the garage.  I also asked his advice about repairing cracks in my patio but he said that anything he did would not improve the appearance and might actually make it worse.  I was impressed with his caution and his creativity in solving my problems.  A pane in a side window broke from the vibration of the jackhammers but they replaced it at no cost.  The work was completed in one day and it looks great! <br />"

"Rich and his crew renovated our kitchen from top to bottom, all the old removed followed by custom cabinetry, new sink and faucet, micro hood and tile backsplash. They also did the electrical and installation of 5 ceiling fans throughout the house. All the work was beautifully completed, friendly and professional work crew. All work was completed in about 8 business days and cleaned up before they were finished. This crew takes the time and puts the extra effort in with attention to detail. "My husband and I were considering whether to purchase a home that previously had a stucco exterior. The previous owner remediated the stucco and replaced it with Hardie Plank siding. The windows in this home also had issues. We almost walked away from purchasing this home because we were afraid of what was behind the drywall. We called Joe Fiorilli and he took a great deal of time explaining to us what he could do to help us determine if we had lingering mold issues. During the inspection process, Joe took over 10 mold samples throughout the test. The test did come back positive for several molds, including dangerous black mold. Joe gave us a projected estimate for what he thought the remediation would cost. Based on his reasonable estimate, we purchased thee home. Joe's team came in and removed the drywall and insulation to expose the mold and dispose of the material. The team sprayed the plywood which also had previous water damage. The bill was the projected estimate. Thanks to Joe, when we replace and paint the new drywall, we will be living in our "dream house" which we almost didn't purchase. Joe is thorough, responsive and spends the time to help customers understand the process."
