He walked our roof not only to examine its condition but also to measure so that he could give us an accurate estimate. When he finished with his inspection, he explained exactly what he was going to do and what materials he would be using. He had a brochure for us to review and to select a color. He wrote up the estimate for us. After reviewing the estimate, my wife and I decided to allow Frankie Contractors to replace our roof. The final cost for replacing the roof was exactly what he stated in the estimate. There were no hidden costs or fees, and the job was completed in the time he estimated. We set a date for him to start work. He and his crew arrived on time and worked for two full days. His crew were also extremely capable, and worked diligently removing our old roofing shingles and putting on the new roofing material and shingles. Our roof is not a simple one. We have many peaks and valleys and a large skylight. They not only did an excellent job on the roof but also did a great job of cleaning up. "After interviewing several contractors, we hired Gleason{ removed company name} contracting for an extensive fireplace renovation and hardwood floor installation project, and we are so glad we did. Mike and his team refaced our oversized brick fireplace with stacked stone, custom cutting, color matching, and fitting the stone throughout perfectly. Work requiring attention to detail, like the interior of wood box, corners, and installing and finishing the drywall accommodations for mounting the tv, look absolutely outstanding. The hearth was so wide that we could not find a precut slab, but Mike had a connection with a stone mason who fabricated a beautiful, singular blue stone slab approximately ten feet in length, solving yet another challenge. In addition to the fireplace place, they laid the flooring, and stayed on to paint the walls and ceilings. During the work, communication was great. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."
