No breaks, no phone calls, no smoke breaks, just work. He cleaned up the debris at the end of the first day and indicated the mud needed to dry before final sanding. He returned the following morning, as scheduled, finished sanding and cleaned up. Overall, his workmanship, thoroughness, and customer pleasing attitude were very nice. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family or neighbors. We were very pleased."

"First they did not show up for appointment. I rescheduled, the guy removed old broken caulk around my exterior doors. There were some large gaps and he did not know what to do. He tried spray foam and tried to caulk over it. the foam reacted and bubbled out of the holes. He did not think to call his boss first and when he did the boss only wanted him to get it done and did not offer any solutions. The guy left and never came back."
