"I first met with Cindi Landreth, Adaptions Design Studio, in my home with Rick Dubrow from A-1 Builders Inc to discuss remodeling my bathroom, including certain aging in place options. Once the contract was signed, I begin working with Tristen Graybill, a designer with Adaptions. Tristen prepared a lay out for the bathroom design for my review. We talked and met several times to discuss various options. I worked with Tristen to select tile, paint, and plumbing fixtures. She was very attentive to my questions and concerns and listened to my thoughts and ideas. She was great at putting together different tile for the shower that would still coordinate with the existing floor tile and reassured me when I had concerns. She was available throughout the remodel when questions came up, including clarifying the tile layout. She was very responsive to my phone calls and emails. In short, she was a delight to work with! <br />"

"Legacy Remodeling did an awesome job to our bathrooms and family room. It turned out beautifully and was completed on time. After meeting up with Alvaro (owner) several times to discuss the projects, we decided to hire him. The best part about this renovation was that Alvaro did the work himself with very good eye on details, as well he is very knowledgeable on plumbing, tiles, carpentry and electrical. Also, he has a great crew. Often, they worked weekends and stayed late. We were very happy with Alvaro and his crew and, we plan to hire them again soon for our next house project."

"Excellent work. There were some delays but they were understandable. What we liked the most, besides the great work, was Mark asking our feedback throughout the projects. In addition, he was not sure about the electrical work so he called in an Electrician to do the work, at no extra cost."

"I initially called Marv's for an estimate for the installation of a replacement toilet. The person I spoke to advised me that the toilet itself cost approximately $325.00 and the installation would be 1 hour labor @$120.00 per hour. She said that if the plumber ran into some difficulty the labor cost could be as high as 2 hours or $240.00. The plumber was schedule to arrive at 9:00 AM but didn't show up until 9:20. He was finished by 10:30. He said the charge was $367.90 but didn't provide us a detailed copy of the bill. I paid by credit card. He left a message later in the afternoon saying that he had forgot to include the labor in the bill. He said that he'd have the office manager call me and tell me the labor charge. The office manager called and said the labor charge was $240.00 (or two hours) and the total would be an additional $240.19 for a total of $608.09. Remember, I was quoted $325.00 for the toilet + $120.00 for labor + tax. I objected to the two hour labor charge; I told the office manager that the plumber was at our home no more than one hour and 10 minutes. The office manager said the time she quoted didn't include "driving time". I told her that to the best of my knowledge and the notes I took of our conversation there was no "driving time" mentioned. Another issue was the toilet seat. Apparently the new toilet didn't come with a seat (or the plumber forgot to mention it). We purchased a new toilet seat from Marv's for an additional $46.75. That said, the on-line reviews of the "factory" toilet seat were dismal so we would most likely have had to purchase one anyway. Here's what I learned from the process: Some plumbers charge a fee to come to the site and give you an estimate (after they've had the opportunity to physically inspect the job). Do yourself and the plumber a favor . . . that is, opt to pay the estimate fee so there are no surprises when presented with the bill. I was interested in having Marv's install another toilet in our second bathroom until this issue surfaced. Unfortunately, this issue has left a bad taste in my mouth (and most likely Marv's staff too), thus someone else will get my future business. After discussing the issue with the officer manager via email, Marv's agreed to accept a total of $556.92 for the work instead of the original $608.09."

"The crew arrived on time in 2 new company vehicles. The owner Ben Fuller supervised the work and assisted 2 other employees. They were exceptionally courteous and professional, and got job done in 2 hours. I retired after 25 years in the construction industry where a significant amount of our work involved subcontractors and plumbing and underground work. This company and it's it crew was probably the best I have ever encountered, and they were a pleasure to work with in every regard. I very highly recommend them. <br />"

"very good; initial year detected a problem with back flow value and replaced. Subsequent years (2 to date) have done testing and supplied documentation to the city."
