"Jeff Tate completed all tasks in a timely manner. He addressed all concerns with professionalism and was knowledgeable in all the recommendations that he made. He updated me EVERY step of the process. There were three issues - leak near washer, slow drain in bathroom tub, and clogged sprayer in kitchen sink. He quickly diagnosed them and sent me an estimate, which was not even close to what I was thinking the invoice would amount to. I was grateful for Tate, because since I live out of town, I was not able to be present for the appointment at my mom s house. "Joe and his wife were great. My daughter had been taken to the emergency department and the ambulance crew had locked the door to the condo ... my daughter did not have her keys. Joe arrived at 5AM, picked my daughter up at the ER and went back to the condo. There were some problems getting the door unlocked but Joe and his wife were not about to leave my daughter out in the cold. I was 5 and 1/2 hours away. Joe assured me he would solve this problem and there was no need for me to get on the road. He did! He and is wife are absolute saints. They took care of my daughter and the situation as if she were their own!!"
