He talks through the process of each job and what needs to be done and gives you the pricing upfront. He has played an instrumental role in helping me sell my house. "I purchased this service as a special offered via Angie's List.   was very happy with the service from this provider.  Although he was a little late, the man who came was very thorough in his inspection of my fence and its repair.  I have three gates on my fence and he worked with all of them to get them to open properly.  He also replaced several boards.  My fence is scalloped and he was unable to cut the boards to match because he is not have the charger for his cutter, but he said he would return to do the work.  He came right back the next day and match all of the edges perfectly.  Since this was a special via Angie's List, some of the work to be done was not covered.  He wrote up a plan for all that needed to be done (I need some posts replaced) and I am waiting for a cost estimate to be delivered.  I was impressed with the amount of time and effort he took to fix the items covered in my purchase and I would use this company again. <br />"
