"Jim returned my call 2 days after my initial call to him. He said he would come out to evaluate it the next Thursday evening (in 2 days) and possibly complete the work that day. He missed that appt. and did not call that evening to explain. He did call the next day and offer a reasonable explanation. Jim said he would come on Saturday to look at the work. He arrived on time and evaluated the work. He did not have the necessary tools to complete the job, and suggested we purchase different weather stripping. He said he would return the next day (Sunday) at 10 to do the job. He arrived on time and did everything we requested. The door feels and fits snug now. He replaced the weather stripping. He removed the door to properly align it in the frame and also to enable placement of the new seal. He morticed new openings for the latch and dead bolt in the door jamb.  <br /> We are very happy with the end result and that is why Jim gets an 'excellent' rating from both my husband and myself. I made all the <br /> contacts with Jim prior to the work being done but my husband was here to assist when Jim did the work. <br />"

There were some large paint drips/roller marks on the walls in one of the bedrooms that are definitely noticeable unfortunately, and there were several dried paint drops on the carpet/baseboard that won't come out. At the suggestion of the painter we added on some repair/painting of the ceiling (the tape was peeling around some of the corners). The add-on work was a bit pricey, but this was offset by the original deal purchased on AL which was very inexpensive. <br /> Overall it was still a positive experience. Our painter was on time, polite, and honest. I would probably reach out to RRP again if I need painting done in the future. <br />"

"Eric (owner) and Russ were great!  Eric gave me a quote and generally seemed interested in the job and me as well.  I received quotes from other companies, and they treated me like a number and did not seem interested in even doing the work.  Ultimately, Eric and Russ were able to complete the work on time and it looked great.  The pricing was within reason based on what was completed and the quality of work. <br /> I would recommend to anybody looking to finish their basement or remodel home! <br /> I feel bad for the delay in this review, as I stopped my Angie's List subscription and forgot to leave a positive review. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"<p>Others had tried to remove this stain unsuccessfully with power washers.  Mark Anderson (CEO) provided a bid with a couple of options and recommended the cheaper of the two (sand blasting).  It worked very well.  The resulting epoxy covering wasn't a perfect texture, so another coat was applied and the results were very satisfactory.</p> <p>Appreciate Mark's coming by to inspect the work and following up to make sure the results were satisfactory.</p>"
