"The Doctor Flue team came out to my place right on time (actually, early!) and called ahead with their ETA. They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. They "reset" the hearth, added the necessary materials, climbed a 30 foot ladder in 20 degree weather to check my chimney and provided a very detailed after-action report along with photos to give to my HOA for repairs. Cannot recommend them enough, all around a very positive experience."

"The work was done almost 2 years ago and is holding up without any issues. It was done in the timeframe promised, done professionally and the finishing was excellent. I had flooring installed and developed an issue due to the installation. Both the owner and site leader recently came out and inspected the system to ensure there was no issue with the drain (there wasn't). This type of customer service is rare these days. "It went great!  Scott did a fantastic job coordinating all the different work that needed to be done (demo, electrical, hvac, etc) He was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns, down to the little things like where to put the dumpster and making a special trip to do a small amount of caulking in the ceiling to make it 100% perfect.  He also walked us through each step of the process, and emailed or phoned us with daily updates.  All permits were obtained and all inspections passed with flying colors.  Workers were very courteous and punctual.  All in all, very happy with the work performed."
