"Bert returned my phone call within 1/2 hour of calling him for a bid.  Scheduled an appointment to give me a bid and showed up when he said he would.  Was very impressed with the price.  Let me purchase my own paint so I knew I was getting a fair price.  Got me on his schedule within 2 weeks.  Showed up exactly when he said.  Was only supposed to paint the walls but the trim bothered him because it had yellowed and some nails had popped.  He offered to bring some paint he had and do the trim also.  Not only did he paint the trim but also caulked where there were nail holes or gaps between wall and trim.  Saved me a great amount of time since I had planned on painting the trim myself.  Charged me no extra for this service.   Very friendly, trust-worthy and timely.  Got the job done in less than two days and I have no complaints.  Would highly recommend him!!

"We had a difficult time getting them to return our calls to schedule the insulation, when they finally did put us on the schedule they didn't really stick to the schedule. They kept pushing us back and didn't come when they said they would but they did end up finishing by the end of that same week.



Apparently, they were having trouble with a spray gun when they were there and the worked performed was very sloppy, they missed a few spots and they also sprayed our interior shower wall completely shut so we couldn't get to the valves to hook up the water.



When we called to discuss our issues it was around 5:30 or 6 in the evening and we were impressed that both the salesman and the scheduler called us back that night to discuss our issues and assured us that they would take care of everything....and they did. The guy that came back to correct our issues did a great job and even cleaned up a lot of the sloppiness from before and made it look a lot nicer. They also cleared the spray foam from the shower valves so we could get the water lines connected.



So, we did get off to kind of a disappointing start with them but they ended up doing everything that they said they would and definitely came back and took care of any issues that we had so because of that we would use them again and would also recommend them to others. Everyone has problems occasionally, it's how you take care of those issues that matter.

"They gave the best estimate, including 2 coats of paint even though I was not changing color. They could not do the work immediately but I didn't care. When they came, they were very thorough in sanding and scraping the doors even though that extended the time they spent on the job. Unfortunately the door stuck shut when the job was finished, but they came out the next day and solved the problem."
