They removed an area of bad sod, installed a two foot border of River Rock around the patio, added black dirt and resodded the area. He sent out a hard working group of young men to complete the project. They did great work with attention to detail. The crew leader was very organized and kept everything on track. "This company gave me an initial estimate for a lawn repair job (installing sod) that was based on a range - they weren't able to drive out to see it in full, but based on my description, gave me a range. It was in line with another estimate I'd received, so I felt comfortable. In the end, the job was easier than they thought, so I ended up with a cost that was definitely on the low end of the estimate. I greatly appreciated their honesty when it came to pricing the actual job, and they did a great job for us too!"
