The price was pretty good and they did the job the next day after estimate. One of the workers was kind of rude to me after the job was done? all in all I may hire them again but will get more than 1 estimate next time"

"For a number of of years we deferred replacing the vinyl siding on our house that was poorly installed and had deteriorated horribly, but after our son and daughter-in-law had their home beautifully redone with Hardiboard siding installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements we knew it was our time. Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. The end result is a stunning transformation of our house that only disappoints us that we didn’t do this sooner! Thank you CHI and especially Ray and his team!"

"Terrible. Eric Terry took my money; and he did not complete the work promised. The work that he did complete was subpar to mediocre. If you are considering this guy, move on. I'm out hundreds of dollars; and I had to hire someone else to do what Eric couldn't. Eric left putty filler on doors; he didn't clean the plumbing debris and filth under the sinks; he left caulking material and razor blades on the bathroom floor. Terrible and not trustworthy."

Throughout the process, some of the team, including the owner, was extremely condescending and difficult to communicate with. "Scott did an amazing job on our fence repair. Our wooden fence had some rotting posts and the fence was falling in as a result. Scott took out the rotting posts and replaced them with new ones. He cut the old posts into pieces so they would be ready to put out for trash pick-up. We had ropes holding up the fence, and he and his team removed those as part of the job. He is very service-oriented and did very high quality work!"
