The boss, Alfredo, was pleasantly polite and took care of everything that was needed as well as things that I asked for that were probably stretching the bid/project. I would let Steve know about things that I had Alfredo do for us and Steve was okay with these minor requests and did not charge us extra. Part of this bid was to replace and rebuild our stairs from the three-season porch down to the lower deck and his carpenter Jim did a great job as well. GOOD JOB STEVE! "The initial work of replacing fascia, soffits and gutters was done professionally and quickly. For that they rate four stars. However, there was a repair that needed to be fixed. Repeated requests, over the past several months by email, text, and phone, have received little to no response. The repair is still not completed."

"The work was good, and clean-up was fine. Bad (rainy) weather hampered the start of the project - not their fault. The crew was 2 brothers that always started later in the morning (because "they were coming from up by St. Cloud down to Mpls"). Overall, the finished project is great. Just small nits on communication."
