"Our hot water heater (20+ yrs) developed a leak. I only found out about the leak a few hours before I had planned to leave the cottage for several weeks. I noticed that Lowes' web site showed several 50 gal heaters that would be a good replacement for my older heater.  They also advertised that they would arrange 1 day installation. I bought the heater over the phone and Lowes contacted Michael Askew Plumbing to make the installation. He arrived in approx. 3 hrs with the heater and accessories needed to perform the installation (drain pan, expansion tank). They (Michael had a young helper) drained the old tank, removed it, and installed the new heater in a little over hour. All the work was very neat; area was left clean, and they hauled off the old heater. Michael was cleanly dressed and extremely polite.
