They include removing a chimney and repairing rotted wood; redoing the apex on one side of the house; replacing the soffit and facia and replacing rotted wood which was extensive. NRAMS also did a similar job on another property which also included painting . In addition they replaced the roof to include decking as needed. They also cleaned and sealed several roofs. Obviously they did a lot of work. There are not enough superlatives to describe John and his team (Adam and Orlando). They are very knowledgeable and have a great work ethic. The team shows up on time and works hard each and every day. If you want quality, the quality of their work is outstanding. I would not hesitate to hire John and his team for other projects. (In fact, he was usually a little early.) His team was efficient and cleaned the area at the end of each day. He also provided photos of the work while it was in progress. The job was completed on time in spite of a delay caused by unexpected rain. Marcio also did some roofing work for my mother in the past. Both of us are pleased with the end result and the price."

"This is the best roofing company in existence. We searched and searched for an honest up front roofing company and Copper Roofing was the only one. Their quote contains how much per foot they charge for dry rot repair. They were the only roofing company that emailed us our quote in a day. The others took over a month. Our son live next to us and he too need a roof so we decided to do them at the same time. When we asked if there could be a discount for doing both roofs at the same time Copper Roofing was the only one who gave us a discount for doing both roofs together. "Pete and his team at Above All Construction were absolute pros. In our first meeting, Pete took the time to explain every part of the roofing process with my wife and I, from technical stuff down to which shingles would best suit our needs. He was transparent, friendly and patient. What I was really impressed with, was how he kept referring to the shingles as “our” shingles (Ex. “We want to remove anything that can damage our shingles.”) To me, it really highlighted the sense of ownership and accountability Pete dedicates to projects. He wants to deliver lasting quality to his clients. Pete ordered the materials we requested and his team went to work about a week later.
