"Linus and his team were great! The great thing about Linus was more of what do YOU want versus what others said THEY would do. We got a custom shower that we love because of it for the same price as just replacing an existing shower and not removing the tub. They were flexible and got everything done in about 10 days. These guys are true professionals and my wife and I couldnâ t be happier."

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"This was the most exceptional experience that we could ever have had! We had a vision for the conversion of our home that included the replacement of all finishes throughout, and it was embraced, improved upon, and executed to absolute perfection by Frank! I have been in the commercial construction industry for many years and Frank is the most conscientious, particular, detail oriented and caring person that we have ever worked with. From the custom cabinets, to the new flooring and bathrooms, ship lap and trim work, painting, etc..., it is all perfection and exactly what we envisioned.
