Eric Roberson was very responsive the the timely scheduling of the needed repairs and the crew he sent to our home was very professional. The quote and the end cost was very fair in comparison to other quotes I received from other roofing companies. Our chimney and the area immediately surrounding it required replacement of damaged wood, installation of new base sheet on roof deck, installation of synthetic underlayment around chimney, installation of new L-flashing around entire chimney and installation of new shingles around the base of the chimney as well as the area immediately surrounding the chimney. "Joe had a crew of four men on the job every day, and was generally on the roof with them most of the time.  In the course of tearing off the old roofing, they found a great deal of damaged and rotten wood, and set about repairing it as rapidly as they found it.  By the time they finished, they had replaced 13 full sheets of plywood and 150 feet of 2 x 4's -- and I wondered how bad the time and materials charge was going to be.  It turned out to be less than $1500 above the agreed-to price, and I was very pleased. <br /> The job was finished in four days and the final product was a great new roof. <br /> I think the one thing that impressed me the most about the workmanship of the crew was that every day they spent roughly the last half hour cleaning up the worksite, including rolling their large magnet completely around the house to ensure that there were few, if any, nails or other metal objects lying around to puncture an unsuspecting human of canine foot ! <br /> Joe Bouolais has all the equipment necessary to do all his work -- including a large dump truck that remained on site throughout the project to handle all the removed materials, including all of the wrapping papers for the "peel and stick" underlayment and the the wrapping on the actual shingle bundles.  At the completion of the work, the crew did an extremely thorough inspection of the property, even hand picking small pieces of roofing materials out of the flower beds,  The truck was then carefully covered with a large tarp for a trip to the local dump.  He also has a work trailer with all of his tools, including a gasoline powered air compressor for his many nail guns, that remained on site for the entire job. <br /> In summary, I could not have been more satisfied with the job done by Joe Boulais and his crew and can recommend Boulais Roofing to others without hesitation.  They do extremely quality work. <br />"

The installers arrived early and immediately began work. Any questions I had as they worked were answered. "Jonathan and crew did a nice job. I wanted four trees trimmed. Three were extending over our roof or screened patio. They did a particularly good job on a large Crepe Myrtle. Jonathan asked if I wanted to stay outside (socially distant) as work was being done to ensure they were doing what I had requested (this made sense as he didn't walk it with me during the quote process). Jonathan would ask if I was happy with what was being done and if there was anything they missed and offered suggestions. At the end of the work they picked up and removed all of the trimmed branches (and it was a lot). That alone would have taken me most of a day to do on my own. In addition to the on-site work, the proposal process was very smooth. I walked the yard with Brian and was able to talk to the office (Lina) when needed."
