"Luke is extremely professional and the service that he provided was timely and well done. He communicates well and we always knew when our work was going to start and finish. Afterwards he communicated with us concerning the job and whether or not we had any concerns or were pleased with the job. If we had had some issues he would have immediately come to fix them but we were very satisfied with the job. I would recommend Luke’s service to anybody."

"All I can say is Mr. Gaines is heaven sent. The services that I received including the initial consultation is by far the best work that my lawn has seen so nice I purchased my home. The level of professionalism and customer service that I received is top notch. If you’re thinking about hiring him for any of your lawn or landscaping needs you definitely will not regret it."

"Excellent job, completed ahead of time and under budget"

"Bill Walsh replaced two rotted fence posts that were causing large sections of the fence to lean outward, to the breaking point. I had no idea the posts were rotted. I thought they came loose in the ground. He dug the old rotted sections of posts out of the ground and replaced them with heavier post. He asked if I wanted them set in concrete, I told him I would leave that up to him. He put the posts in concrete to make a solid anchor for the fence. He did all of this alone, in sweltering heat. Great guy, I paid him 25.00 more then he asked for. I highly recommend this guy."

"Excellent job done. Prompt, thorough, polite, & respectful. Equipment was good & in good working order. The young man Jerrod was definitely up to the job & ensured it was done the way we wanted. We got a greatly improved driveway , patio, & screen enclosure very affordably, & hassle-free. We highly recommend Suncoast Pressure Washing. Our neighbors think so too, as he’s been hired for more work already here at Savannahs."
