"This was a pretty big job that required earth moving equipment, removal of some clay soil and dump truck load of soil. Jose and his team did a great job. They worked very hard for a week straight. You can tell Jose takes pride in his work. The new sod looks great almost a month later after lots of watering. Jose also installed a split rail fence which came out fantastic. Some neighbors commented on how hard Jose and team worked and were very complimentary of the results - one neighbor plans to call Jose. I would definitely recommend JS Landscaping to anyone looking for personalized, friendly service. Will be calling Jose again."

Cleaning and then applying preservative regularly has added years to the life of the roof.They have always done an excellent job. Last year we were not totally happy with the evenness of the preservative/stain application and they reapplied the material to our great satisfaction.The cost may be a little more than some others in the area but with E&R you do indeed get what you pay for.
