"This company was wonderful to work with right from the beginning (initially contacted through Angie's list on 8/15/14, estimate performed on 9/03/14, and work completed on 9/10/14).   There were a few hiccups in initial scheduling, but part of that was our fault (we weren't paying attention to the voicemail message providing us with a different phone number to call because they were having phone issues in the office).  Every single person we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.  They made us feel at ease about the work we were getting done.  <br /> Horizon's quality of work is excellent!  I realize that only time will tell, but so far we've had a couple of very heavy rains since the work was performed an no leaking has occurred.   The aluminum coating they put on the roof looks fantastic - and there are no paint splatters anywhere on the house from the coating.   The guys did a marvelous job of cleaning up after themselves too - we couldn't even tell they were here.  Most contractors I've dealt with, including other roofers, leave behind a giant mess to clean up - and worse, they leave nails behind for people to step on or drive over with their tires (why do contractors do that?)...   anyway, you don't have to worry about any of that with Horizon.  <br /> We are relieved to have a roofing company that is so experienced with flat roofs in Baltimore City.  Horizon Roofing, Inc. will be our permanent go-to company if/when we have any roofing issues in the future.   It is so wonderfully refreshing to receive such top notch, quality service that you can trust!  <br /> <br />"

Was told they're no longer in the area and that the roof is not under warranty. "It was great to deal with Premier Roofing and the owner was very responsive to clarifying questions we had, particularly related to the different vent system we chose to have installed. He stopped by during and following the installations, personally inspecting to make sure things met his standards. There was one minor issue, which he personally was easily able to resolve. It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional, who definitely placed importance on customer satisfaction from start to finish."

"Dayson understood that I didn't require a top of the line sliding door, but efficient and durable. He shared the type of door that he typically uses. He took all the measurements gave explicit detail about the work to be performed. He didn't attempt to do any sales talk. He was very professional and direct. He quoted a me a price, but when it was determined I could use a second sliding door he gave me an additional discount. They caulked the new doors and cleaned up very nicely. The completed the work in a little less than a full day. He also gave put door stops and upgraded me to nickel handles with keys so that I could lock from the outside for no additional costs. I truly had a pleasant experience and LS&G will be the first call in the near future for when I replace my windows. Some of the larger companies that came out to give estimates sent salesman that don't know about the door and window business. I received 2 quality sliding doors from LS&G for the of one based on the other estimates received. I would recommend LS&G to anyone needing a door or windows."

"We had a great experience with Thompson Creek. We needed external French doors replaced. They took measurements and ordered it. Due to supply issues, it took 6 months to arrive. After installation, without our having yet evaluated it, the installation team decided that their measurements had not been taken correctly. The door actually worked fine, but the sill was below the level of the floor, so their was a potential for water leaking in. They ordered a new door (which took another 6 months) and it was perfect when installed. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and courtesy of everyone involved, and the beautiful quality of the door. It wasn’t cheap, but it was worth it!"
