"Arbortech was quick to respond to our storm damage. Upfront pricing. No surprises. We had a large limb fall onto our hose during a storm. The remainder of the tree was damaged to the point that it needed to come down as well. They had someone out the same day we called to look at the damage and provide an estimate for removing the tree limb and the remainder of the tree. The crew that showed up was extremely professional and worked quickly and efficiently. They brought a very large crane and were very careful about the placement and any possible damage to the driveway and lawn. They cleaned everything up and you could not even tell they had been there after they left. The stump grinding went better than I expected. Their communication throughout the project was excellent."

"We contacted Dynasty and they came out the same day to give an estimate on 6 large trees to remove, clear buckthorn, and trim 2 maples overhanging the house. They were able to complete the work in one day early in the next week. They have the equipment to get the job done right and safely: CMC 72HD+ ARBOR PRO, stump grinder, log mover, and huge truck to remove it all - very impressive. After clearing it all out, we saw some other trees that needed to go. Mike walked the property line with us, using an app he had. It showed that our property had another 6 trees that were already dead and some additional "weed trees" near power lines that I wasn't willing to tackle. They got that done in short order, too. The only glitch in it all was that the stump grinder was in for repairs, but the delay was unexplained. We got that sorted out, the stumps ground, and I'm a pleased customer."

"The process went very well. The estimate over the phone, based on size of the stump, was clear and accurate. Scheduling went well. He will call before coming out to make sure that someone will be there. The stump was ground down to a depth I had needed so that I could plant another tree very close to where the hole ended up. As others have noted, he did leave the tree shavings, etc. but that was known up front and acceptable. Overall, a very good experience."
