"This entire team was a pleasure to work with on my window replacements. The windows are a very good quality, the two gentleman who installed them were so wonderful. They were quick but did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are not cheap, but Zen was by far the most reasonably priced option for a quality product that I found. "I hired Smith and Rogers to install tile in my laundry room.   I was able to get the estimated done on a Saturday which was great. My only complaint is that I had to call three times to get the job scheduled.  Once I got a call back they were able to install the tile the next day which I appreciated because they knew I was in a rush to get the job done.   Dan and Jason did a great job. They arrived on time and worked efficiently.  I chose a multi color tile and Dan did a good job of arranging the tiles so that the colors looked random.  They came back the next morning to grout the tile which was also done quickly.  I also liked that I only had to provide the tile and grout and they brought the rest of the supplies.  Their price sounded a little high at first but once I factored in the supplies that they provide I could see that they were reasonably priced. I would recommend Smith and Rogers if you are looking for a good tile installer.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"The entire process went smoothly... this company was very responsive even after being paid in full. (There was a very small leak when it rained hard, which can happen after new shingles are installed. They came out the next morning after I notified them, immediately found the likely source, and took care of it. No problems since.) "Overall our experience was great. Greystone was professional and courteous in regard to our lifestyle. They called when they were on their way, and the contractors they used were professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. Dale and Pat were very helpful and guided is thru numerous decisions. We did a lot of shopping on our own, (mirrors, lighting, door and cabinet hardware) they were fine with installing things we did not purchase through them. The only problem we had were cracks in the grout on the floor and in the corner of the shower. When we made them aware of this they sent their tile contractor out to make the necessary repairs. This was our first major remodel and we are very pleased with the outcome."
